ThriveOnz360 is an informational and membership-based platform that provides:

• Access to negotiated vendor terms (where applicable)

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Any information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse access to any user at our discretion.

03Membership & Account Access

ThriveOnz360 may offer multiple membership tiers, including Free and Growth (currently offered at no cost). If you register for an account:

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
• You must not share your account access with others
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or attempt to exploit negotiated vendor terms.

04Subscription Plans & Future Paid Services

Certain membership tiers may be free of charge. If paid plans are introduced:

• Fees will be clearly disclosed
• Billing terms will be stated before purchase
• Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled

Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or plan structures with reasonable notice.

05Third-Party Vendors & Affiliate Relationships

ThriveOnz360 connects users to third-party vendors. Important:

• All vendor services are governed by the vendor’s own terms
• Pricing and offers may change without notice
• We do not control vendor policies or service performance
• We do not guarantee specific financial or operational outcomes

Any agreement entered into with a vendor is strictly between you and that vendor. We shall not be liable for disputes, losses, service failures, or damages arising from third-party relationships.

All content on ThriveOnz360 is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes:

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law, Thrive Ventures Consulting Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Business interruption

• Vendor-related disputes

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrive Ventures Consulting Pte. Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with third-party vendors.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse negotiated vendor access, or we discontinue the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases.

13Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
