ThriveOnz Group UK Ltd was formed through Osome in November 2025. Setting up was smooth and easy, all online. Osome verified our director’s identity for Companies House as an authorised agent in about 2 hours, files our confirmation statement, tracks our deadlines and asks us for what it needs. It integrates with Wise, which we use for banking. Our first invoice (6 November 2025) was £348.80 in total. Tax services are an add-on. We are checking one line on that invoice with Osome and will update this page.

Osome’s referral page offers new customers 10% off their first bill. Osome says the person who referred you gets 10% of it back in cash, up to US$150, and that the referral link works in Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK and the UAE. We use a referral link, not a formal partnership: if you sign up through it we may be rewarded, at no extra cost to you. Terms are Osome’s.
Can you trust it?
- Ask what is included. Get the bundle and the add-ons in writing, and add up a full year.
- Read the invoice. Check every line matches what you asked for. We are doing this ourselves.
- Keep your own copies. Download your certificate, filings and invoices from the app.
- Remember the verification. An authorised agent verifies you, but you stay legally responsible.
