Who we are

What we collect and why

• Forms (Tell us your situation, the hiring abroad calculator, the virtual assistant worksheet): your name, email, the details you type and which page you came from. We use them to reply to you and to improve our guides. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering your request.
• Messages you send by email or social media: we use them to reply.
• Cookies and analytics, only if you click Accept on our cookie banner: Google Analytics (pages visited, device, approximate location, whether a form was submitted) and the Meta Pixel (to measure our ads). Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
• Privacy-focused analytics: we also use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views without advertising cookies.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links. When you click one you leave our site and that company’s own privacy policy applies. We may receive a commission. We do not give partners your form details unless you ask us to.

Who we share data with

Service providers that help us run the site and reply to you: our website host, email and form tools, Google and Meta (for the cookies above, only if you accept them). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

International transfers

Our team works from the UK and Southeast Asia, and some of our providers are outside the UK. Where personal data leaves the UK we rely on UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Form requests and messages: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then we delete them. Analytics data is kept for the period set in each provider’s settings.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent. Email connect@thriveonz.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
