Skip it if

  • You need a specialist or senior hire (finance lead, developer, strategist).
  • You need someone on site, or in a specific local time zone every day.
  • You have no processes yet: a VA needs tasks you can describe.

A first month that works

  1. Pick the 5 to 10 tasks that repeat, and write what done looks like for each.
  2. Start on the smaller plan unless you already have a full week of work.
  3. Record a short screen video of each task.
  4. Review for 20 minutes at the end of week one and week four, then scale, hold or stop.
Prices. Wing Assistant lists part-time (80 hours a month) at US$699 and full-time (160 hours a month) at US$999, read from its pricing page on 13 October 2026, in US dollars. Check the page for current plans. This is general information, not advice.
